Cheer and Tumbling for Girls and Boys
5 and up - students developing tumbling skills from basics (cartwheel, round off, back handspring, walkovers, safety rolls, back rolls, strength & flexibility, and conditioning), intermediate (back handspring, front handspring, back tucks, front tucks, strength & flexibility, and conditioning), advance (series of tumbling passes, lay outs, full twists, strength & flexibility, and conditioning)
 
Class duration: 60 minutes
 
$65 / month, 1 class per week

Each Level is working on the following...

Level 1: Front Walkover, Back Walkover, Learning Back Handspring and All Jumps

Level 2: Standing Back Handspring, Round Off Back Handspring into series (working on Toe-Back Handspring) and All Jumps

Level 3: Round Off Tuck, Standing and Running Series (no standing Tucks, but can work on it) and All Jumps

Level 4: Everything But Full Twists and All Jumps

Level 5: Everything and All Jumps

About AWTC


We very excited to offer a wonderful program for all of our school students to help build and be a part of their physical fitness program. AWTC is committed to ensuring a quality fitness focused program for all students with personal attention and strong healthy results.

 

A STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE of $40.00 applies to all students for the September 2009 to August 2010 session. A STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE of $10.00 applies to all new students in the Summer Sessions (June - August)

 Fall Class Holidays: CLASSES ARE CLOSED at specified Dates.

·    September 4 and 5, 2009. LABOR DAY weekend. (Yes, we will have classes at the gym on the 7th)

·    November 26, 27, and 28, 2009. THANKSGIVING DAY weekend. (*No make up classes, note that October had 5 Thursdays, 5 Fridays, and 5 Saturdays.)

·    December 24, 25, 31, 2009 and January 1st, 2010 - Christmas & New Year

Spring Class Holidays

·    Jan 1, 2010 - New Years

·    March 15-120, 2010 Spring Break

·    May 29, 30, 31, 2010  - Memorial Day (Note: there are 5 Saturdays at this month)

Summer Class Holidays

·    June 26th, 2010 - July 4th, 2010 - Camps and Classes are closed.
